Certain Fathoms is a personal site and newsletter run by Bram Clark. This policy explains what information is collected here and how it's used.

What I collect

If you subscribe to the newsletter or comment on a post, I collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your name. No tracking beyond what's needed to run the site and email list.

How it's used

Your email is used only to send the Certain Fathoms newsletter and, if applicable, notify you of replies to comments. I don't sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.

Where it's stored

This site is hosted on Ghost(Pro), which stores and processes subscriber data on my behalf. You can read Ghost's own privacy policy at ghost.org/privacy.

Analytics

Ghost provides basic analytics on post views and email opens/clicks so I can see what's resonating. This data isn't shared or sold, and isn't tied to advertising.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime using the link at the bottom of any email. To have your data deleted entirely, email me at bramclark@gmail.com and I'll take care of it.
